We start with a meet-and-greet where our team spends time with your dog to understand their personality, energy level, and comfort zones. We introduce them to a small, calm group first and adjust from there. You'll get photo updates throughout the day.

All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations: rabies, DHPPi, and we highly recommend bordetella. We also require a recent flea and tick treatment. No exceptions made.

Absolutely. We recommend bringing the same food your dog is accustomed to. We'll follow your feeding instructions exactly. Any favorite treats, toys, or blanket? Bring them along, familiar items help dogs feel at home faster.

With patience! Nervous dogs start in quieter areas with one-on-one handler time. We don't force social interaction. Some dogs just want to sit near a human all day, that's completely fine. We adjust until they're comfortable, going at their pace, not ours.

Creating the right groups is crucial to ensuring a safe and enjoyale stay for all pups. Dogs are grouped by size, behavior, and temperament. Rest assured your Chihuahua won't be in the same group as a Great Dane!

At Paw House, cage-free boarding means dogs stay in comfortable, open spaces with other pups instead of being confined to a cage. This approach is designed to promote socialization and reduce stress. Pups are only in their individual bedrooms during feeding times and over night. 

For the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, we do not offer in person facility tours. Some of our pups may be anxious, adjusting to a new environment, or sensitive to unfamiliar visitors, and we prioritize keeping their space calm and predictable.

We are always happy to share photos and videos of our facility so you can clearly see where your dog will stay, rest, and play. Transparency is important to us, and we’re glad to walk you through everything virtually.

Yes! We know navigating through Bangkok with a dog is difficult. Thats why we have a fleet of air-conditioned cars taking pups to and from Paw House. Available as an add-on for any boarding stay.
