A shih tzu and a labrador are different jobs. We don't pretend otherwise. Pricing is transparent, based on your dog's actual size and coat type. No surprises at checkout.
Dogs over 45 kg are charged per extra kg. De-matting incurs additional fees depending on the severity.

Professional cat grooming from bath to full haircut (long-haired cats). We work with your cat's temperament - patient, calm, and never forced. Spa treatments available for cats too. Cats will never be groomed at the same time as dogs, for their wellbeing and comfort.
Aggressive or difficult cats may incur a ฿300–฿700 surcharge. We'll always discuss this with you first.

How long does a grooming session take?
A bath typically takes 60–90 minutes. A full haircut is 90–150 minutes depending on size, coat type, and condition. Spa treatments add 20–30 minutes. We'll give you an estimate at check-in.

You are more than welcome to watch through our viewing window and have a drink at our lounge whilst you wait.

Light matting is included in the standard price. Severe matting requires extra time and care - we'll assess and let you know the additional cost. In some cases, a short clip may be the kindest option.

Yes, we will always try. We take our time and never force the process. Very anxious pets may need multiple shorter sessions to build trust. Aggressive pets may incur a ฿300–฿700 surcharge for the extra care and safety measures required. If there is a danger to our groomer, we may have to refuse the booking for safety purposes.

Absolutely! Just let us know when you book and we'll schedule the groom during their stay.

No we do not. For safety and comfort reasons, they are never groomed in the same room together.

Our first booking starts at 9:00AM, with the last booking being accepted at 3:00pm (depending on the request).

Yes we do! Grooming your pet couldn't be more convenient with our pet taxi's ready to pick up your pet and drop them off once they are done.
